RCB's aggressive intent reflects the collective character: Mo Bobat

Mo Bobat reacted to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) reaching their first IPL finals since 2016, after beating the Punjab Kings in Qualifier 1 in New Chandigarh to enter the grand finale of the ongoing season. RCB’s director of cricket highlighted the strengths of his team and claimed to be proud of the performances of every individual in the team throughout the season.

Bobat said that the franchise has faced challenges extremely well with composure, bravery, and aggressive intent, and felt it reflects the overall character of the unit. While he agreed that the Rajat Patidar-led side had achieved many milestones in the current edition of the marquee tournament, he also claimed the above-mentioned traits to be the ones that mattered the most.

“We’re proud of our performance throughout the season. The way the team has faced challenges with bravery, composure, and aggressive intent reflects the collective character we’ve built this season. We’ve achieved several important milestones along the way, but this is the one that truly matters,” said Bobat in a release from RCB.
