Lucknow Super Giants have unveiled their new jersey ahead of the IPL 2026 season. With the upcoming edition expected to begin in late March following the conclusion of the T20 World Cup 2026, the Lucknow-based team has introduced a bold new look.

Moving away from their earlier all-blue colour scheme, LSG’s new jersey features red and blue vertical stripes across the body, along with golden accents. The design is vibrant and modern, with the sleeves and collar following the striped pattern and finished with a sleek crew neck. Positioned on the left side of the chest is the franchise’s newly unveiled logo.

In a video shared on the team’s official social media handles, captain Rishabh Pant, pacer Mohammad Shami, and batter Aiden Markram were seen donning the new kit. Pant was shown placing his hand over the new logo, while Markram and Shami held a bat and ball, respectively.

The jersey launch comes shortly after LSG introduced a redesigned logo. The new emblem brings together three symbols of Garuda, the Crown, and the Elephant, each representing values connected to Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh. Garuda symbolises courage and the fearless brand of cricket the team hopes to play. The Crown stands for pride and responsibility, reminding players that wearing the jersey is an honour that must be earned every day. At the heart of the logo is the Elephant, representing strength, wisdom, patience, and unity.

Shashwat Goenka, Owner of Lucknow Super Giants and Vice Chairman of the RPSG Group, described the new logo as emotional and a tribute to the love and belief shown by the people of Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh.  After reaching the playoffs in their debut seasons in 2022 and 2023, the franchise has had two disappointing campaigns. Under Pant’s leadership last season, they finished seventh with six wins and eight defeats, missing out on the playoffs for the second consecutive year. Having ended seventh in back-to-back seasons, the team will be looking to turn things around in IPL 2026.
