The Gujarat Titans take on the Rajasthan Royals in Match 52 of the 2026 Indian Premier League at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
The Titans are in fifth place on the points table with 12 points in ten games and will be looking to rack up wins to solidify a place in the playoffs before the last stages of the season. They come off the back of dominant victories against the strong Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. They were beaten early in the season by the Royals and will be looking to reclaim bragging rights when the two sides meet.
Here is the Gujarat Titans’ strongest predicted XI vs the Rajasthan Royals for Match 52 of IPL 2026:
Top order: Sai Sudharsan, Shubman Gill (C), Jos Buttler (WK),

Sai Sudharshan and Shubman Gill have both started to look in brilliant form, which bodes well for the Titans’ playoff chances. Sudharsan scored a 41-ball 57 against the Punjab Kings, which set the platform for a relatively easier chase of 164. Shubman Gill scored an 18-ball 43 against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, but did not get runs against the Punjab Kings. With 385 and 378 runs respectively, they have led the way for the Titans with the bat in 2026 as well.
Jos Buttler has seen a resurgence in form after the dismal 2026 T20 World Cup showing. He has scored 335 runs at a strike rate of over 150, having shown glimpses of his best form in the 2026 season. He has been a vital cog for the Titans in the No. 3 role.
Middle order: Nishant Sindhu, Washington Sundar, Rahul Tewatia, Jason Holder,

Nishant Sindhu made his debut for the Gujarat Titans in the previous game, batting at No. 4. The Haryana all-rounder is highly rated in the domestic circuit for both his batting and handy left-arm spin.
Washington Sundar scored a 23-ball 40, which took the Titans home against the Punjab Kings. Rahul Tewatia scored a quickfire 27, which took the Titans home against RCB. The Titans will be relieved that their middle order was able to get runs, which has been a point of concern for them all season.
Perhaps the Gujarat Titans’ most important player in the last few games is West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder. He has been brilliant with the ball, picking up seven wickets in four matches after being introduced into the squad. He adds reliable batting depth to the lower order, while also being a reliable middle and death overs option with the ball.
Lower order/bowlers: Arshad Khan, Rashid Khan, Kagiso Rabada, Mohammed Siraj (Impact), Manav Suthar.

Arshad Khan has bowled brilliantly as the Titans’ fourth seamer, picking up five wickets in three games. Rashid Khan has seen a resurgence with the ball, owning the middle overs like he did in the past. With 11 wickets in ten matches, he has once again become a reliable strike bowler for the Titans. Manav Suthar is a reliable spin bowling option for the Titans. The left-arm spinner is highly rated in the domestic circuit but has yet to deliver significantly with the ball.
Kagiso Rabada and Mohammed Siraj have been the Titans’ big guns, bowling in tandem in the powerplay. Rabada has looked at his dangerous best for the Titans, bowling at over 150 kmph regularly. With 16 scalps in 10 games, he is Titans’ leading wicket-taker in the season. He has been ably supported by Siraj, who has 11 scalps.
