Virat Kohli, the prolific Indian cricketer, is celebrated all over the world for his unparalleled skill and aggressive approach on the field. Making his international debut in 2008, he quickly established himself as a dynamic batter with an unquenchable hunger to score runs across all formats of the game.

The 35-year-old’s aggressive style and unwavering determination has carried him to the pinnacle of cricketing success, earning him numerous distinctions and records. Notably, he used the tenacity of legendary Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar. Furthermore, the former India captain’s fitness level was comparable to that of world-class athletes, not only cricketers.

Kohli has a large fan base, and they have frequently expressed their adoration for him in various ways. In an unusual display of adoration, an aspiring cricketer was spotted touching the feet of his life-sized cutout. The video of the same has gone viral on social media and some fans lauded the fan’s gesture to one of the best athletes India has ever produced.

Kohli’s participation in Rajkot Test remains uncertain

India are all set to take on England in the third Test of the five-game series, starting on February 15 at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot. The hosts made it 1-1 winning the second game in Visakhapatnam. Notably, they did not have the services of Virat Kohli in the first two games as he withdrew from those couple of days before the Hyderabad Test citing personal reasons.

Earlier this week, former South Africa captain and Kohli’s close friend AB de Villiers disclosed that the India batter and his wife Anushka Sharma were expecting a child. Given this, his participation in the third Test is still unclear as of right now. Apart from him, Jasprit Bumrah, the relentless match-winner in the Vizag Test is likely to be benched in the upcoming game. Meanwhile, KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja, who were both sidelined for the second Test, are yet to recover from their injuries.
