In the 37th match of the IPL 2026, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will take on Gujarat Titans (GT). Chennai Super Kings delivered an impressive performance in their previous match, registering a dominant 103-run victory over the Mumbai Indians. Batting first, Chennai were outstanding with the bat and posted a strong total of 207 runs. In reply, the Mumbai Indians were bowled out for just 104 runs. Chennai’s top order looked in fine touch, with Sanju Samson leading the charge through a magnificent knock of 101 runs, while Dewald Brevis chipped in with a quick 21 off 11 balls. In the bowling department, Akeal Hosein was the standout performer with four wickets, while Noor Ahmed also made a valuable contribution by claiming two scalps.

On the other hand, the Gujarat Titans had a disappointing outing in their last game, suffering a five-wicket defeat against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Batting first, Gujarat posted a competitive total of 205 runs, but Bengaluru successfully chased it down in 18.5 overs.

For Gujarat, Sai Sudharsan gave the team an excellent start and went on to score a superb century. Shubman Gill also batted well for his 32 runs, while Jason Holder added a quickfire 23 off just 10 deliveries to push the total beyond 200. Among the bowlers, Rashid Khan impressed with two wickets, while Mohammed Siraj, Jason Holder and Manav Suthar picked up one wicket each. However, Gujarat’s bowling attack struggled overall, and they were unable to defend a strong total.
