Even after his retirement in 2011, and missing two editions of the tournament, he is still the third leading wicket-taker in the history of the tournament.
Muralidaran scalped 24 wickets in 15 innings with an unbelievable economy rate of just 3.60, including 2 four-wicket hauls. His best performance was also amazing as he picked ‘4 wickets at just 15 runs in a game.’
