Wade remained unbeaten on 41 runs off 17 deliveries In the semi-final of the 2021 T20 World Cup against Pakistan. He hit four sixes and two fours during his innings. It was one of his best innings for Australia. At one point, Wade had made eight runs off the first nine deliveries. He hit three consecutive sixes off the last three deliveries of the 19th over by Shaheen Afridi to take Australia home.

100* vs Pakistan, Brisbane (2017)

Pakistan toured Australia to play A five-match ODI series in 2017. Australia made 268 runs for the loss of nine wickets in the first game as Wade made his maiden ODI century, an unbeaten 100 off 100. He hit seven fours and two sixes. Pakistan got bundled out for 176 runs, as Australia won the match by 92 runs. Wade won the Player of the Match award for his batting performance. It was his last Player of the Match award in ODIs.

106 vs West Indies, Roseau (2012)

Australia travelled to the West Indies to play a three-match Test series in 2012. Wade scored 106 off 146 in the third Test, his maiden Test century. Australia scored 328 runs in the first innings and went on to win the match by 75 runs. Wade won the Player of the Match award for his batting performance, his only award in Test matches.
