Trent Boult struck first with the wicket of Manan Vohra for 5 and then dismissed Wriddhiman Saha for 42 and Axar Patel for 17 to help SRH win by 20 runs. 

2- 3/22 vs Mumbai Indians – Mumbai -2024

Rajasthan Royals traveled to Mumbai and Trent Boult was at his best against the former side. The Kiwi pacer first removed Rohit Sharma for a first ball duck and then got rid of Naman Dhir in the very next ball. His third wicket was that of Dewald Brevis was out for a duck as Boult ended with 3/22 from his 4 overs. Mumbai Indians could score only 125 as the Royals won by 6 wickets with 27 balls to spare. 

1- 4/18 vs Chennai Super Kings – Sharjah -2020

The best performance by Trent Boult in the IPL came for Mumbai Indians during the 2020 season. His 4/18 came versus Chennai Super Kings as he helped MI bowl out their arch rivals for 114. Boult began by dismissing Ruturaj Gaikwad and Faf Du Plessis before coming back to dismissing Ravindra Jadeja for 7 and Sam Curran for 52. Mumbai Indians won by ten wickets with Ishan Kishan scoring 68 not out.
