Ranking Top 3 performers from Sri Lanka vs India T20I series 

The Sri Lanka vs India T20I series ended on a great note as the fans got to see a Super Over in the last game, along with Suryakumar Yadav and Rinku Singh’s bowling in the death overs. Together, the bowlers saved 9 runs off 12 balls, which was quite unbelievable. Moreover, India won the series, 3-0, under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav. 

The start of the captaincy stint on a winning note has added one feature to his cap. Now, he’ll return for the Bangladesh series with greater confidence. There were a few Sri Lankan players who did well throughout the series but failed to take their team past the victory line. Although much credit is given to the Indians, Sri Lanka’s team did give a tough fight in all the games.

3. Suryakumar Yadav

Skipper Suryakumar Yadav was one of the best batters in the T20I series. He scored 92 runs in three innings at an average of 30.67. He played with a strike rate of 195.74. Yadav also bowled in the third T20I match, taking two wickets in the last over and conceding just five runs. Moreover, his fielding efforts were brilliant in the entire series. 

2. Ravi Bishnoi

Ravi Bishnoi was phenomenal in the T20I series, taking six wickets in three matches with an average of 16.83. He took advantage of the spinning track and will be looking forward to doing the same in the upcoming matches. He has taken some essential wickets, which helped India win the series. 

3. Pathum Nissanka

Sri Lanka’s opening batter, Pathum Nissanka, is also a great batter who scored 137 runs in three innings at an average of 45.67. He gave the Sri Lanka team a vital start, helping them score more runs. However, he couldn’t help them win a single match and threw his wickets.
