Predicting West Indies’ playing XI for their third ODI against Bangladesh

Top Order

Middle Order 

The middle order is the West Indies’ biggest strength. Sherfane Rutherford has been one of the best ODI batters of the year. His knock in the first ODI helped West Indies to win the match. To follow him at number 5 would be skipper Shai Hope who has been doing well as a batter, as a skipper, and as a WK. Roston Chase is likely to bat after them. Lower Middle Order 

The home side will have Romario Shepherd and Gudakesh Motie in the lower middle order. The former has been taking wickets for his side in the ongoing series. The explosive batter wasn’t needed to bat in the first two ODIs.

Gudakesh Motie will be the main spinner of the West Indian attack. He can bowl miserly spells. If the batters try to go after him, the left-arm orthodox spinner can take wickets. If required, he can add some runs lower down the order.

Bowlers

Together, they can restrict good batting lineups to a low total.
