Predicting Pakistan’s Top 3 performers from their second Test against South Africa

Don’t miss our expert predictions for Pakistan’s Top 3 performers. After facing a narrow 2-wicket loss against South Africa in the first Test of the two-match series, Pakistan will take on the hosts in the second and last Test on Friday, January 3 onwards. The game will be played at the Newlands in Cape Town, at 2:00 PM (IST).

The tourists had some standout performances, a few from the batters and a few from the bowlers but that couldn’t help them get better of the Proteas. Still, the Pakistan management might bank on some players to retain them in the playing XI for the second Test of the series.

With that said, here we’ll look at the top three performers for Pakistan from their second Test against South Africa.

Predicting Pakistan’s Top 3 performers in the Second Test against South Africa:

1. Saud Shakeel

Saud Shakeel

The star middle-order batter, Saud Shakeel had been in a brilliant batting form in the opening Test of the series. The Southpaw could be a great asset with the bat for Pakistan in the final fixture of their South Africa tour.

Besides that, the 29-year-old is also the leading run-scorer for his side in the ongoing two-match Test series so far. He could be there as one of the top performers in the second Test for the tourists against Temba Bavuma’s men.

2. Mohammad Abbas
