OTD: Netherlands all-rounder Bas de Leede was born today in 1999

The Dutch all-rounder Bas De Leede is celebrating his 24th birthday today. Bas De Leede has been instrumental for his team in the World Cup, especially with the ball. De Leede has bagged 16 wickets for his team at an average of 30.43. The All-rounder also contributed with the bat though he would have loved to score more runs to provide strength to the Dutch middle order. 

The Beginning

Bas De Leede made his international debut for the Netherlands in the shortest format. He played his first T20 international against Nepal at Amstelveen. His potential got him the opportunity to make his place in the ODI team. The all-rounder made his ODI debut in 2018 against Ireland at Rotterdam. Since then, he has been very important for the Dutch team as he provides depth to the team. He can contribute with both his bowling and batting.
