The ICC has named its six nominees for the Men’s and Women’s Player of the Month awards for the month of July 2026. Sciver-Brunt was instrumental in England’s run to the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 campaign despite sustaining a calf injury during the tournament. With England in a tricky situation at 23 for 3 in the semi-final against South Africa, she scored 75 off 47 deliveries and shared a 133-run fourth-wicket stand with Heather Knight to steer the side through. In the final against Australia, she contributed an unbeaten 58 from 53 deliveries.

Harshitha produced consecutive match-winning performances to help Sri Lanka claim a 2-1 ODI series victory over Pakistan. At the Bready Cricket Ground in the opener, she took three wickets for 52 and then struck a career-best 159 not out while chasing. She backed that up with 100 off 94 balls and two further wickets in the second match, before claiming two for 37 in the third to complete the clean sweep.
