Whatever result is visible today, and the success I have achieved, is due to my parents,” Vaibhav said in a video posted by IPL on X.

Speaking of the fastest century by an Indian in IPL before Suryavanshi, it was none other than 2011 World Cup winner and three-time IPL champion Yusuf Pathan, who also achieved the feat while playing for the Rajasthan Royals in 2010 against the Mumbai Indians. Pathan had scored his century in 37 deliveries at the Brabourne Stadium.
