PSL 2025: Top 3 players to watch out for in Islamabad United vs Multan Sultans clash

Islamabad United are all set to take on Multan Sultans in the 7th match of the Pakistan Super League 2025. While Islamabad is coming off a good start to the season, Multan had to face a loss in their season opener. Both of these teams will look to get early wins this season to have good momentum.

The two sides have some great names in the mix. A lot of their players will have a good opportunity to shine at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Here we look at the players to watch out for in the all-important clash.

3. Jason Holder

The West Indies star, Jason Holder, was at his best with the ball in the first match, picking four wickets in his spell, conceding just 26 runs. He then followed it with a good cameo with the bat in the next game, scoring 20 runs in 11 balls at the back end of the innings. The all-rounder will once again be under the spotlight against Multan Sultans. 

2. Colin Munro

Colin Munrow has already set the tone this season with two consistent performances. He scored an unbeaten half-century in the last match and followed it up with a quickfire 40 in the next match. Against Multan Sultans, he will be expected to deliver once again.

1. Mohammed Rizwan

Mohammed Rizwan was the star of the match against Karachi Kings. He scored a brilliant century as he led his team to a massive total of 234 runs. However, his knock of 105 runs in  63 balls was undermined by James Vince’s brilliant century. Rizwan will once again be a player to watch out for in this match.
