WPL 2025: Predicting Gujarat Giants Women’s Playing XI for their Eliminator clash against Mumbai Indians Women

Gujarat Giants have performed an amazing turnaround after being at the bottom of the table to make their way into the knockouts. After the first four games of the season, the Giants had won just one game and lost three. In the next four games, the Giants rebounded and played out of their skins. 

Gujarat then beat Bengaluru, UP Warriorz, and Delhi Capitals to storm to the top three in the table. Their final game of the season against Mumbai Indians saw the Giants lose the game to stay winless against MI. In the eliminator game, the Giants have the chance to make sure that they avenge their losses and move into the finals for the first time.

Top order 

Australian star Beth Mooney is well known for her big scoring and is also known as a player for the big occasions. Middle Order

Lower-order

One of the key aspects for the Giants has been their lower middle-order which has performed well. Dottin has been a stalwart in International cricket and has impressed fans in her first outing in the WPL. Bharti Fulmali scored 61 in the last match sending fans into raptures upon seeing the talent the youngster brings to the table. Simran Shaikh is another power hitter that the world needs to watch out for as she can hit boundaries with ease when needed. 

Tail enders 

Giants have formed an Indian core when it comes to bowling. Priya Mishra has already turned heads ever since her debut for India late last year. Tanuja Kanwar and Meghna Singh too have been consistent performers and have taken key wickets and also made batting difficult for the opposition.
