3 reasons why Ishan Kishan can be a game-changer for SRH in IPL 2025

3 reasons why Ishan Kishan can be a game-changer for SRH in IPL 2025

Ishan Kishan was an asset for the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). This year, he will be playing for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). The franchise bought him at a whopping amount of INR 11.25 crores. Kishan has played many match-winning knocks for MI. It was time for change and the player would be happy to represent a new team. SRH cracked a good deal by buying Ishan because he is a young player and is a good investment.

Here are the three reasons why Ishan Kishan can be a game changer for SRH:

Flexible player

Ishan Kishan is a flexible player who can bat at any position. He can open and play in the middle order as well. Since SRH already have a good opening pair, Ishan will not get a chance to play in his regular spot. However, he can still be their No.3 batter. He has a good strike rate during the power plays which is an added advantage for the team.

A stunning fielder

Kishan has got safe hands when it comes to fielding. He is one of the best fielders in the tournament and brings in a positive energy on the field. The player moves around and fields at different positions which is a threat to the batters.

Good striker of the ball

SRH have some good strikers in the team and Ishan is one of them. If we see the franchise’s playing XI of the previous year, they have the best batters who love to go after the bowlers. Ishan also has the ability in him to strike the bowlers and hence, he might be a game changer for.
