Top order:

33-year-old Devon Conway has been consistent with the bat and has scored 192 runs from six matches so far. The left-handed batter scored an unbeaten 76 against Sunrisers to show the talent he possesses at the top of the order. Faf Du Plessis has scored 152 runs so far in this season of SA20 for his side. The 40-year-old will want to be consistent if his side has to make it to the playoffs. 

Middle Order:

Veteran batter Wihan Lubbe hasn’t had a great time with the bat in the last few games. The 32-year-old though pulled off an amazing run-out to dismiss Tristan Stubbs and scored 25 not out to show that he is nearly getting back to his best. England duo Bairstow and Moeen Ali have been able contributors for Joburg with the bat and ball and have been a huge factor in the middle-order for the Men in Yellow.  

Lower-order:

South African star Donovan Ferreira has been a surprise package this season with his spin bowling. The 30-year-old has scored 88 runs so from the four innings he has batted and also picked five wickets. Evan Jones has been a decent performer for Joburg with four wickets. Jones has been economical with the ball and has the ability to outfox the batters with his variations. 35-year-old Hardus Viljoen is still bowling with top pace and has picked eight wickets from four games. The right-arm fast bowler picked 4/24 in the previous game against Sunrisers. 

Tail enders:  

Veteran spinner Imran Tahir has been one of the most economical bowlers for JSK with four wickets from five games. The 45-year-old has shown no dearth in his enthusiasm as he still makes the batters struggle with his variations. Young Lutho Sipamla has bowled with good pace and picked five wickets so far and been a key player for JSK in the second half of the season. Sri Lankan pace sensation, Matheesha Pathirana has bowled with blistering speeds and picked three wickets from four matches. Faf Du Plessis will hope the 22-year-old can pick more wickets and lead his team to title glory.
