SA20 2025: Predicting Durban Super Giants’ playing XI for their clash against Sunrisers Eastern Cape

The 11th game of the ongoing SA20 2025 will be between the Durban Super Giants and the Sunrisers Eastern Cape. While the SEC hasn’t opened their winning account this season yet, DSG has won just one out of three games. DSG’s last game was against the Joburg Super Kings where they lost by 28 runs. It was a good game of cricket though. The team and management would want different results this time and beating the defending champions would surely be on their list.

Top Order

The top order consists of players like Quinton de Kock (wk), Matthew Breetzke, and Brandon King. These three cricketers are the best in the business and have played in almost all the leagues around the globe. Starting from IPL to BBL, they’ve done it all. The Super Giants will require a solid start from de Kock and Breetzke to keep the game alive from the start. 

Middle Order

Jason Smith, Henrich Klaasen, Wiaan Mulder, and Chris Woakes are the middle-order batters for the Super Giants. These players might not have an ample amount of experience but they can surely strike the ball well. Klaasen is currently the best T20 batter has played some solid knocks in the past and is trustworthy. The team will depend on him to provide stability in the game. 

Bowlers

The Super Giants have a great bowling attack in the form of Keshav Maharaj (C), Noor Ahmad, Prenelan Subrayen, and Naveen ul Haq. This will most likely be the bowling combination for the team since they have done well in the previous games. The main job will be to get early breakthroughs to put the opponent under pressure.
