Kohli-Rohit stopped talking before the match against Pakistan?

India’s first World Cup Twenty20 match is on October 23, against arch-rivals Pakistan. It is being considered as the most high-voltage match of the World Cup in terms of excitement. But before that, the Indian team is in a very cautious position. Rohit Sharma-Virat Kohli are not saying anything extra than necessary.

Kohli-Rohit’s full focus is on the Pakistan match. In a video message, Rohit said, ”I know everyone is very excited before the Pakistan match. This is the biggest match of the World Cup. Millions of fans of both countries look forward to this match. But we don’t think much about them. Not talking much among ourselves, focusing on preparation.”

Indian captain was unsuccessful in the last Asia Cup. The team could not bring the title. Although a successful captain in the IPL, this is Rohit’s first World Cup as a captain. The captain of Team India is looking forward to doing well in the World Cup.

Rohit also said, ”This is something special to me. I want to play well in this World Cup. I am preparing for this. I played well before the World Cup. Everyone in the team is ready. But this is the World Cup. Totally different. So don’t want to be overconfident, want to believe in ourselves. I know, if everyone in the team plays well, we can win the World Cup. ”

Rohit is making a strategy to keep himself relaxed before the Pakistan match. The Indian captain is also focused on not making too much fuss about the Pakistan match. He wants to play this match like other ten matches. Rohit’s eyes on the World Cup.

The Indian captain also said about his plan, ”If you defeat Pakistan, you will not win the World Cup. You have to defeat everyone. Now I am not talking about winning the World Cup. I want to win one match at a time. I want to plan every match. I want to win the World Cup by winning one match at a time.”

Meanwhile, Kohli-led India crashed by 10 wickets against Pakistan in the last World Cup in the United Arab Emirates. The Indians could not stand back. Despite going into the tournament with the title of being favorite, in the end one of the strongest teams had to depart from the first round. Rohit has a chance to take revenge. And Babar Azam has a chance to win the match again.
