Star India batter Virat Kohli made his much-awaited comeback into the T20I side of Team India after a long haul of 14 months. Notably, Kohli had missed out on playing the opening match of the T20I series due to personal reasons. The veteran batter showed his class yet again as he played a quick knock, contributing to a winning cause against Afghanistan in Indore. The crowd too chimed in with all the zeal and cheered for him whenever he had his moments in the game.

However, during his fiery knock an incident happened with Virat Kohli. While he was batting and the game was on, a fan encashed on a daring opportunity to barge into the field to meet his idol. At that point, Virat Kohli was fielding near the boundary area. The fan hugged Kohli with sheer passion and the Delhi-based batting maestro duly obliged by returning the favour. Notably, the heartwarming incident took place during the 18th over of Team India’s bowling.
