Recently a Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) supporter has taken things to an extreme level ahead of their important game against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on May 18. A fan has gone viral for sharing a detailed plan to breach the security at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru and enter the playing field during the match.

The IPL 2024 playoff race is heating up, with RCB and CSK among the teams vying for the two remaining spots. The match between the two franchises is being considered as a potential knockout game, adding to the already intense rivalry between the two sides. It’s in this charged atmosphere that a fan has seemingly planned a plot to make his presence felt on the field.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, the fan can be seen walking around the Chinnaswamy Stadium, meticulously studying the security arrangements and identifying potential entry points. He notes that while most of the stands are surrounded by barricades and inverted spikes, there are two stands where the path to the field appears unobstructed.

Plz tag the security if anybody know 😀 #RCBvsCSK

The fan’s audacious plan involves sneaking into one of these stands during the match and then making a mad dash onto the playing area, daring to celebrate with the RCB players or simply make his presence felt in the high-profile match.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) have already booked their places in the playoffs for the IPL 2024 season. However, Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Titans, and Punjab Kings have been eliminated from the playoff contention after having disappointing campaigns.

Delhi Capitals have played all their league matches and concluded their campaign with a win against Lucknow Super Giants in their final game.

Among the remaining teams vying for the playoff spots, except Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), all the other contenders have one league match left to play. This situation suggests that net run rates are likely to play a crucial role in determining the final team that qualifies for the IPL 2024 playoffs.
