Defending champions Gujarat Titans are one step away from becoming the third team in IPL history to win back-to-back IPL trophies as they face Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2023 final on Sunday, May 28 at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The Hardik Pandya-led side defeated Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 2 by 62 runs to enter their second consecutive final of the T20 extravaganza.

GT and CSK have faced each other twice in this year, first in the curtain raiser where Gujarat emerged victorious by five wickets, and then in Qualifier 1 where CSK won the match by 15 runs. Having been defeated by the MS Dhoni-led side in their previous encounter, GT will have to put up a strong show in the final against the four-time champions.
