Indian Premier League is the richest cricket league in the world and has produced many thrilling and breathtaking contests ever since the start of the tournament in 2008. There are many batters from all around the world who showcased their batting skills and talent in the most-watched platform and earned many fans.

1. Yusuf Pathan and Shakib Al Hasan (134* runs)

The two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) clashed against Gujarat Lions in the 38th match of IPL in 2016. Batting first, KKR lost 4 wickets inside the powerplay on just 24 runs. However, later, KKR star allrounders Yusuf Pathan and Shakib Al Hasan took things on their shoulder and stitched an unbeaten brilliant 134-run stand for the 5th wicket. Hasan smashed 66* runs off 49 balls, while Yusuf scored 63 runs off 41 deliveries. However, the partnership couldn’t help the team to win the match.

2. Angelo Mathews and Owais Shah (130 runs)

The opening match of the IPL 2010 saw another poor performance by the KKR top-order batters as they lost their 4 wickets inside the powerplay. Sri Lanka’s star allrounder and former England player Owais Shah stitched a brilliant unbeaten partnership of 130 runs and helped the team achieve a fighting total of 161 runs, which was enough for the team to clinch a win by 11 runs.

3. David Miller and Rajagopal Sathish (130* runs)

South African veteran left-hander David Miller smashed one of the greatest centuries in the history of IPL. Miller used to play for Kings XI Punjab in 2013 and stitched a match-winning 130-run stand with Rajagopal Sathish. Miller took only 38 deliveries to smash a hundred while Sathish accompanied Miller very well with a score of 27 runs and both led the team to the victory by 6 wickets and 2 overs to spare.
