This season of the IPL has seen mammoth runs being scored game after game. In a similar light, here are the top three partnerships of the season.

Gujarat Titans opened in horrid fashion as they lost opener, David Miller, without getting off the mark. However, a brilliant second-wicket partnership between Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan rescued the innings for the runners-up side. They contributed 147 runs together with Shubman Gill scoring 101 off 58 balls. At the same time, Sai Sudharsan managed 47 runs off 36 balls and was the first wicket to fall, breaking the partnership. GT managed 188/9 in their 20 overs. Whereas, SRH could only manage 154/9 in their 20 overs. Interestingly, every other GT batter aside these two only managed single-digit scores.

2. Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli – 148 runs
