Rizwan is Pakistan’s run machine

Rizwan is Pakistan's run machine

Pakistan’s batting lineup and batsmen’s failures have recently been the subject of criticism. The poor condition of the middle order day after day, however, deserves criticism. But there is always one exception, Mohammad Rizwan of the top order. He is a threat to the opponent with the bat in almost every match.

Rizwan’s bat has also laughed in this year’s Asia Cup. This wicket-keeper batsman has provided service to the team from the beginning to the tournament’s final. Apart from being the tournament’s top run-scorer, Rizwan topped the ICC T20 rankings for the first time. After that, he is even more irresistible.

Rizwan’s bat has been incredible in the ongoing seven-match T20I series against England at home. Where he played 5 matches and scored half-centuries in 4. He made 68 runs off 46 balls in the first match. In the second match, this batsman also left the field after scoring an unbeaten half-century (88* from 51 balls).

There was a chance to score half-centuries in three consecutive matches. But in the third match of the series, when he returned to the dressing room with just 8 runs off 14 balls, it didn’t happen. But in the fourth innings, he returned to his familiar form. He played an innings of 88 runs off 67 balls. Pakistan won the fifth series match on Wednesday with the bat of Rizwan (63 off 46 balls).

Meanwhile, the form of the Pakistani opener, while an added worry for the opponents in the World Cup, is undoubtedly good news for Pakistan. But there is also criticism about his batting style. As Shoaib Akhtar has raised questions about his batting style in T20. However, the ICC T20 ranking says that he is the best batsman.

Pakistan is desperate to win the upcoming T20 World Cup. In that case, Rizwan can be Pakistan’s trump card.
