Narine praises Rohit fiercely

Andre Russell, Sunil Narine are the peddlers of T20 in world cricket. They play in T20 franchise leagues of different countries to meet the era’s needs. But the surprising news is that these two did not get a place in the team that West Indies announced for the World Cup.

Despite not getting a chance in the World Cup team, star spinner Narine did not react. However, in a recent interview, he was praised for Indian captain Rohit Sharma. Talked about Virat Kohli too.

Narine said, “Rohit is a quality player. There is no doubt about his skills. His batting is mesmerizing. I feel like he is always in rhythm whether he scores runs. I always love watching him play. He has had plenty of success as India captain his IPL record is good. He has a terrific head on his shoulders and he is winning games. ”

India recently won the series against Australia at home. Showing prowess, they also won the first T20 against South Africa. However, Rohit Sharma could not reach the final of this year’s Asia Cup. However, this Caribbean star believes that India will get success relying on Rohit. Narine added, “Rohit is a captain under whose leadership India’s success will come. He is always used to turning around.”

Meanwhile, cricket fans compare India’s two best batsmen Virat Kohli and Rohit at different times. But that comparison is not logical to Narain. He said, ”Comparison of Rohit with Kohli is meaningless in this context. People talk unnecessarily. Who is good or bad is irrelevant to me. Both are very good. Both play in different styles. Both of them sacrificed themselves for the country.”

Narine is not seen in West Indies jersey, but he is a regular face of IPL. He played in Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Kolkata Knight Riders. Narine last played a Test in West Indies jersey in 2012 against Bangladesh. On the other hand, he last played ODI in 2013 against Pakistan.
