In the 37th match of BBL 2021/22, Melbourne Renegades have picked up a big victory by 5 wickets with 30 balls to spare against Brisbane Heat at the GMHBA Stadium in Geelong. After losing the toss and opting to bat first, the Heat was able to score 127 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the allotted 20 overs due to the bowling cannon of the Renegades’ bowlers.

Jake Lehmann played the highest innings of 65 runs from 52 balls for the Heat. Jack Clayton scored 15 and Steven McGiffin scored 14 runs. For Renegades, Mohammad Nabi, Zahir Khan, and Kane Richardson took the maximum number of two wickets each.

BBL 2021/22 – Match 36 (Perth Scorchers vs Sydney Thunder)

The Sydney Thunder has won by 6 wickets with 6 balls to spare against the Perth Scorchers at the Metricon Stadium in Gold Coast on a rain-interrupted day in the 36th match of BBL 2021/22. After winning the toss and choosing to bat first, due to the great bowling of the Thunder’s bowlers, the Scorchers were able to score 133 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 18 overs (due to rain).

Cameron Bancroft scored the best 30 runs off 31 balls for the Scorchers. Ashton Agar (22) and Laurie Evans (20) also played two small innings for the team. Gurinder Sandhu took the maximum number of 4 wickets for 22 runs in 4 overs for Thunder. Saqib Mahmood took 2 wickets, and Daniel Sams and Chris Green took 1 wicket each.

Chasing an easy target of 134 runs, Thunder lost just 4 wickets in 17 overs and reached the port of victory. Jason Sangha played the highest innings of 34 runs from 26 balls with 2 fours and 2 sixes for the team. Matthew Gilkes scored 32 off 23 balls and Alex Hales scored 26 off 32 balls. SA vs IND (2nd Test – Day 4)

On the fourth day of the second Test of the series in Johannesburg, the host South Africa secured a big victory by 7 wickets against visiting India. As a result of this victory, South Africa has also leveled the three-match Test series by 1-1.

At the end of the third day, South Africa needed 122 runs and India needed 8 wickets to win. But from the beginning of the fourth day, it started to drizzle. However, the first two sessions of the fourth day were completely washed away in the rain, but in the third session, the game rolled on the field.

The hosts started the fourth day with 118 runs for the loss of 2 wickets and Dean Elgar (46) and Rassie van der Dussen (11) were at the crease.
